Project Coordinator, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Establish testing timelines in collaboration with clients and internal resources
• Act as the primary interface for customers regarding daily and weekly progress and status reporting
• Coordinate sample workflows and facilitate project timelines between clients and lab operations
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are available to meet project scopes
• Maintain detailed project tracking, including task owners, dependencies, and timelines
• Coordinate and prepare customer meetings, including campaign reviews and technical discussions
• Maintain meeting minutes and action lists for internal and external project meetings
• Track test sample status, deviations, OOSs, and CAPAs
• Monitor work completed against PO and SOW to identify and report scope creep
• Utilize Lean and 5S principles to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceuticals, or a related science field
• 1+ years of related experience in a CRO or scientific laboratory environment
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all organizational levels
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate training records
