Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and implementation of all assigned CRC-NURTURE project activities in line with CRS program quality principles and donor requirements.
• Monitor and report project challenges or gaps to inform adjustments to implementation schedules.
• Support Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) efforts by coordinating evaluation activities and assisting in data collection.
• Collaborate with Local Government Units (LGU) and project consultants to prepare reports and reflect on project experiences.
• Collect information on staff and technical assistance needs for partner organizations and monitor capacity-building activities.
• Complete project documentation and assist in identifying information for case studies and promising practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project support.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Strong observation, active listening, and analytical skills.
• Excellent relationship management skills to work with local partners and community members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystems, Nature-Based Solutions (NbS), urban planning, or public administration.
• Experience working with an LGU or NGO.
• Training in Nature-based solutions and/or Ecosystems-based Adaptation (EbA).
• Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement.
• Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
