Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant fit-outs, renovations, and store designs for new and existing locations.
• Manage third-party consultants, suppliers, and landlords to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met with ease.
• Prepare and issue tender packages to contractors and subtrades while procuring necessary materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers to complete drawings and supporting documents.
• Conduct site visits for project preparation, monitoring, and transition.
• Support the transition of new store openings from General Contractors to Operations.
• Manage project closeout, including deficiency reports and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Completed post-secondary education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% to project locations.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate CAD competency is considered an asset.
