Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple food service equipment installation projects during various stages of construction
• Support Project Managers by preparing price quotes and generating purchase orders
• Assist with job tracking, acknowledgments, and processing change orders or job costs
• Review contract reports and prepare close-out documentation
• Assist with project audits and service calls
• Work with manufacturers and manufacturer representatives to coordinate contract jobs

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work with AutoQuotes and SAP (prior SAP experience is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain poise and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the foodservice industry
