Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped to Project Sites
• Assist the Program Manager in the support and management of accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders including OEM, Client, Third Party, and BPSC
• Proactively communicate resource needs with all stakeholders
• Contact suppliers to determine update rhythms and communication
• Verify all products including quantity, dimensions, trucking requirements, and dates
• Ensure Service Providers uphold quality service outlined in agreements
• Ensure Service Providers update and collect records with offload information
• Ensure proper and timely billing for all loadouts, trucking, offloads, and storage
• Ensure proper approvals for all trucking invoices
• Support the Program Manager with maximizing program market share, revenue, and profit
• Support the Program Manager with upselling BPSC services and additional value-adds

Requirements

• 3-5 years of logistics experience preferred
• Experience with commercial, industrial, and contractor accounts
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing
• High level of efficiency and accuracy
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great time management and prioritizing skills
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
