About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers to ensure project objectives, policies, and performance standards are met
- Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies
- Prepare construction specifications, cost and material estimates, project schedules, and reports
- Assist in budget analysis, cost and margin projections, and estimating project changes
- Develop conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs and drawings
- Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Manage document control and purchase supplies/materials as required
Requirements
- Graduate of Construction Management Technology Program, Engineering Degree (civil, electrical, or mechanical), or equivalent trade/project coordinator experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
- Experience with CAD or Revit
- Trade knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of mechanical construction experience
- Procore experience
