About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers to ensure project objectives, policies, and performance standards are met
  • Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Prepare construction specifications, cost and material estimates, project schedules, and reports
  • Assist in budget analysis, cost and margin projections, and estimating project changes
  • Develop conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs and drawings
  • Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
  • Coordinate trades and subcontractors
  • Manage document control and purchase supplies/materials as required

Requirements

  • Graduate of Construction Management Technology Program, Engineering Degree (civil, electrical, or mechanical), or equivalent trade/project coordinator experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
  • Experience with CAD or Revit
  • Trade knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of mechanical construction experience
  • Procore experience
