Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of daily project and sub-project planning
• Organize Lean meetings to achieve efficient integral execution planning
• Maintain site diaries
• Monitor work activities regarding time, budget, and quality according to the work plan
• Monitor the availability of resources and personnel
• Draft deviation forms for execution and work plan discrepancies
• Coordinate and monitor third-party activities as specified in the work plan
• Identify bottlenecks in the planning of other disciplines
• Ensure compliance with VCA, ISO, and welfare legislation

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in electromechanics or equivalent experience in complex infrastructure projects
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Customer-oriented with a focus on solutions and results
• Strong interpersonal and connecting communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coordinate, and promote teamwork
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Strong technical background and proficiency in MS Office (MS Project is a plus)
