Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, scheduling, agendas, and progress documentation
• Prepare and track RFI submissions, submittals, and change management logs
• Prepare project deliverables including turnover packages and as-built documentation
• Review construction drawings and technical specifications for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes
• Maintain engineering and construction schedule updates and report variances
• Perform site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specs, and QA/QC requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors for documentation, progress reporting, and schedule inputs
• Support site procurement, material verification, and traceability documentation
• Assist with cost tracking, change order forecasting, and risk management
• Promote and support company safety culture and jobsite safety programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technologist Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience in EPC, renewable energy, or industrial environments
• Experience with electrical, civil, structural, or mechanical installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on-site in Spencerville, Ontario

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on a BESS project
