Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Participate in customer site visits to understand project scope and risks
• Implement project plans and maintain communication with customers and project teams
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budgets
• Develop and maintain overall project schedules and identify critical path items
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues affecting schedules, construction, and costs
• Communicate project status, including risk assessment, quality, and safety
• Coordinate work crews and schedule required equipment
• Travel as needed and manage field leadership

Requirements

• Associate degree or sufficient professional experience
• Working knowledge of engineering plans and specifications
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of machinery and heavy construction
• Proficiency in basic math and geometry
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and data entry
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• PPM, CPMP, CAPM, or PMP certification
