Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in maintaining budgets and work schedules
• Coordinate load test operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budgets
• Interact with engineers, vendors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain overall project schedules and identify critical path items
• Communicate project status, including risk assessment, quality, and safety
• Coordinate work crews and schedule required equipment
• Travel as needed to manage field leadership

Requirements

• Associate degree or sufficient professional experience
• Working knowledge of engineering plans and specifications
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of machinery and heavy construction
• Proficiency in basic math and geometry
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and data entry
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• PPM, CPMP, CAPM, or PMP certification
