Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage, process, and review all financial project activity to ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to administer project plans, reports, and schedules
• Perform data entry and review project forms and deliverable documents
• Maintain project trackers and third-party tracking databases
• Assist with data collection, validation, and maintenance in internal and third-party systems
• Handle project invoicing and act as a liaison between National Project Accountants and Procurement
• Analyze data to create action items and prepare project reports for staff
• Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams on process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a similar program
• Must have graduated in 2023 or later from a 2-year or more program
• Highly proficient in MS Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Access
• Proficiency in VBA
