About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing sampling and analysis activities in line with contractual requirements
- Develop and maintain monthly and annual sampling plans to ensure all targets are achieved
- Coordinate workloads for Sampling Technicians and Project Management support staff
- Monitor sampling performance, reschedule missed events, and manage sample notifications
- Maintain site information packs, risk assessments, and procedural documentation in compliance with UKAS and Quality requirements
- Produce KPI reports and support regular client review meetings
- Collate monthly data and generate invoices for client billing
- Support induction planning for new starters and provide departmental cover when required
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with a professional and positive approach
- Previous experience in project coordination, account management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in using IT systems and analysing operational data
- Experience working within Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Ability to obtain satisfactory security clearance
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

- Previous experience in environmental monitoring
