Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-month rotation program across Bids & Pursuits, Systems Implementation, Project Controls, and Construction
• Support bid preparation, including quantity take-offs, cost data gathering, and subcontractor pricing
• Assist with the rollout and adoption of project management and reporting systems
• Support project controls through schedule updates, cost tracking, and performance reporting
• Assist field teams with daily coordination, site documentation (RFIs, daily logs), and progress tracking
• Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity and a sense of belonging within the team

Requirements

• Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Technology degree, diploma, or post-grad certificate
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and AutoCAD
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to flexible schedules when required
