About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination support to construction project management staff
  • Assist with project start-ups and close-outs
  • Prepare routine correspondence including letters, memos, and meeting notes
  • Maintain bid tracking logs and subcontract checklists
  • Manage insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Process monthly lump sum and T&M billings for subcontracts
  • Create submittal packages and O&M documentation
  • Process electrical permits and plan reviews

Requirements

  • Two or more years of lead administrative experience in electrical construction
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Viewpoint Construction Software
