About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide coordination support to construction project management staff
- Assist with project start-ups and close-outs
- Prepare routine correspondence including letters, memos, and meeting notes
- Maintain bid tracking logs and subcontract checklists
- Manage insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Process monthly lump sum and T&M billings for subcontracts
- Create submittal packages and O&M documentation
- Process electrical permits and plan reviews
Requirements
- Two or more years of lead administrative experience in electrical construction
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Viewpoint Construction Software
