Project Controls/Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide regular project performance reports including status, progress, and KPIs
• Establish and maintain project controls, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates
• Coordinate with teams to monitor resource allocation and support project delivery
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and project sponsors
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management
• Monitor compliance with project management policies and governance requirements
• Document and share project management best practices and lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
• 8 years of experience in project controls or project performance management
• Strong background in project scheduling, cost control, and KPI reporting
• Experience in data analysis, risk management, and performance tracking
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project baselines
• Proficiency in project controls tools and MS Office (Excel, reporting tools)
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented focus on governance, compliance, and process improvement
