Project Controls/EVM Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Project Controls System
• Perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities
• Identify trends for management attention
• Perform schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities
• Support project organizational and administrative activities
• Supervise and provide technical direction for cost engineering and/or planning/scheduling activities
• Ensure work is completed as scheduled
• Develop resolutions to complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and cost engineering functions
• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tools and processes
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management
• Proficiency in discipline-specific software applications
• Skilled in oral and written communication
