Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules within a classified environment
• Apply project controls best practices regarding scope, time, cost, and change management
• Utilize Oracle Primavera and change control applications
• Support EVM processes compliant with DOE Order 413.3b and EIA-748

Requirements

• BS/BA in project or construction management, business, or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing schedules in a classified environment
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera and custom report development
• Ability to obtain a Q Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of project controls experience within DOE or DOD
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with risk management and simulation software
• Experience working within an EIA-748 compliant EVMS environment
• Experience providing training on project management principles or CAM tools
