Project Controls Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Prepare and monitor cost estimates and budgets
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning
• Create and deliver regular project reports and dashboards
• Coordinate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Manage change orders and scope updates

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project controls or project management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex projects
• Proficiency with Power BI
