Project Controls Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors
• Support internal and external cash flow management for the project
• Ensure timely and accurate owner billing and establish review processes
• Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements
• Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews
• Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog
• Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications
• Generate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements
• Support development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout
• Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related construction field
• Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards
• Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
