Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Project Controls Specialists
• Provide technical oversight across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions
• Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and client-side Project Manager
• Integrate precinct-level project controls data into the broader program-wide controls system
• Strengthen project controls capability across the wider team

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Baseline Security Clearance, or UK Citizenship with current UK clearance
• Proven experience in a consultancy environment
• Experience working on defence or major infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency with project controls software across cost, schedule, and risk domains
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports and bid documentation
