About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage project change and risk management logs and processes
- Conduct monthly risk and change reviews with project leadership and SMEs
- Develop project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery
- Run monthly risk management processes and regular reporting
- Support the development of contingency and contingency drawdown
- Manage change management processes with weekly or monthly cadence
- Audit changes for alignment with subcontractor agreements and project procedures
- Coordinate with project controls teams to incorporate changes and risks into cost forecasts and schedules
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project controls change, risk management, or cost engineering experience
- Experience working within a complex matrix environment
- Mandatory experience within the construction industry
- Exemplary oral and written communication and reporting skills
- Ability to relocate if not a local candidate
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience in life sciences
