Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project change and risk management logs and processes
• Conduct monthly risk and change reviews with project leadership and SMEs
• Develop project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery
• Run monthly risk management processes and regular reporting
• Support the development of contingency and contingency drawdown
• Manage change management processes with weekly or monthly cadence
• Audit changes for alignment with subcontractor agreements and project procedures
• Coordinate with project controls teams to incorporate changes and risks into cost forecasts and schedules
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of project controls change, risk management, or cost engineering experience
• Experience working within a complex matrix environment
• Mandatory experience within the construction industry
• Exemplary oral and written communication and reporting skills
• Ability to relocate if not a local candidate

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in life sciences
