Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor project controls through monthly reporting cycles to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Report milestones, planned value, earned value data, and project completion percentages
• Update forecasts and schedules based on project status meetings and progress discussions
• Develop, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Track and review change orders in coordination with project and cost management teams
• Manage contract administration including retention, T&Cs, insurance, and contingencies
• Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling
• Assess impacts on the critical path and report to the project team
• Oversee project budget administration, cost code structures, and total cost forecasts
• Manage contract commitments and invoice approval workflows in Procore

Requirements

• Proficiency in Procore is required
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with cloud-based software
• Knowledge of construction industry technical matters and procurement routes
• Strong professional English oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a full passport with no geographical limitations

Preferred Qualifications

• Yardi experience
• P6 scheduling knowledge
• Experience with industry-accepted applications for cost, planning, and progress measurement
