Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project services functions including cost control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
• Integrate project controls processes to support successful project delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for project services and coordinate between departments
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
• Drive strategic, operational, and technical diagnosis of client needs
• Manage project cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead project scheduling activities and track milestones
• Conduct risk assessments and implement management strategies
• Mentor and lead a team of project services professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls or project management
• Proven experience managing project services for large, complex projects
• Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong report writing skills
• Professional certification such as PMP or CCP is preferred
