Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor project controls in line with monthly reporting cycles to ensure data accuracy
• Report milestones, planned value, earned value data, and project completion percentages
• Attend project status meetings and update forecasts and schedules
• Summarize performance metrics and provide recommendations to management
• Develop and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Interface with stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity
• Track and review change orders with cost management teams
• Perform contract administration including retention, T&Cs, and insurance
• Prepare baseline schedules and conduct resource loading and leveling
• Assess impacts on the critical path and monitor schedule deviations
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions and quantitative risk assessments

Requirements

• Experience in a cost-focused construction project controls role
• Experience working on large, complex construction projects
• College degree in construction, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• Knowledge of construction industry technical matters and procurement routes
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with cost-loaded schedules and industry-standard applications
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel (full passport required)

Preferred Qualifications

• P6 scheduling knowledge
• Experience with cloud-based software
