Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage all project controls systems, processes, and procedures
• Provide independent validation of EPC contractor schedules and cost forecasts
• Lead planning, cost engineering, quantity surveying, estimating, and document control functions
• Monitor schedule performance, critical path, and resource loading
• Oversee cost engineering, budget management, and cash-flow forecasting
• Lead the PMC review and governance process for project changes and variations
• Verify installed quantities and validate progress claims
• Develop and maintain integrated project performance reporting and dashboards
• Manage project document control, numbering, and revision control
• Support project risk management through quantitative and qualitative analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of project controls experience on major capital projects
• Minimum 8 years in a senior Project Controls Manager or Project Services Manager role
• Experience in major mining, metals, smelting, refinery, power, or oil & gas projects
• Demonstrated experience with EPC and PMC project delivery models
• Strong brownfield project experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Earned Value Management (EVM)

Preferred Qualifications

• AACE International Certification (CCP, PSP, CEP)
• RICS Membership or MRICS
• PMI-SP or PMP certification
• Experience in nickel smelting or pyrometallurgical plants
• Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia
