Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
• Develop and implement project controls strategies in alignment with project objectives and company standards.
• Oversee the development and monitoring of integrated project schedules and ensure accurate progress measurement.
• Lead project cost control processes, including budget monitoring, trend analysis, and monthly Cost-to-Complete (C2C3) reporting.
• Manage the project risk management process, ensuring effective implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Establish data collection and visualization processes to develop project dashboards and performance reports.
• Act as the primary interface with the Client on all project controls matters.
• Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of Planning and Cost Control Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 25 years of construction industry experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior Project Controls leadership role.
• Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers).
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCP, EVP, or PRMP.
