Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function for an aviation capital development program
• Coordinate project controls staff and project managers to ensure compliance
• Assign scheduling and estimating requests
• Maintain WBS, CBS, EPS, and OBS structures for airport development
• Develop standardized project control processes, systems, and tools
• Resolve issues between cost control, planning, scheduling, and change management functions
• Lead monthly project review status meetings
• Support Project Managers with associated management activities

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive project controls experience at the program level
• Aviation capital program experience (terminal, landside, airside, or related infrastructure)
• Experience with large, complex programs involving multiple contractors and stakeholders
• Expert command of cost engineering and schedule management (Primavera P6)
• Working knowledge of EVM and AACE recommended practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skills suitable for executive and regulatory environments

Preferred Qualifications

• AACE PSP, CEP, CCP, or PMI PMP certification
