About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct project controls support for all Airport Development projects
- Coordinate project controls staff and project managers to ensure compliance
- Assign scheduling and estimating requests
- Maintain WBS, CBS, EPS, and OBS structures for Airport Development
- Develop standardized project control processes, systems, and tools
- Resolve issues between cost control, planning, scheduling, and change management functions
- Lead monthly project review status meetings
- Support Project Managers with associated management activities
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Construction Sciences, Business Administration, or related area
- 15+ years of experience in Project Controls
- 5+ years of experience on aviation-related projects
- Experience working on $1B+ projects
- Expertise in cost engineering, including estimating, control, and change management
- Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6
- Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction in the Aviation industry
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel management experience
