Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and data-driven insights to support project management teams throughout the project life cycle
• Collaborate with operations management, engineering managers, and clients to establish effective controls
• Perform analysis of automated reporting to pinpoint areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations
• Manage and maintain project control software including InEight and P6
• Accountable for budgeted, actual, and forecasted take-off quantities, manhours, and dollars
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to the project controls team
• Represent Kiewit Project Controls in internal and external meetings, including client presentations and training sessions
• Coordinate with Estimating and Business Management to support the transition from proposal to execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business consulting, engineering, or the construction industry
• Proficiency in P6 and experience with InEight or similar project control software
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
• Willingness to travel minimally for business needs
