Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control systems
• Monitor project progress and performance against established plans
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and forecasts
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on timelines and budgets
• Implement change management processes and assess project impacts
• Support risk management and mitigation strategies
• Lead and mentor project control staff
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience with delivery in high-rise tower projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven expertise in scheduling software
• Experience working in a PMC consulting environment is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
