Project Controls Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide preconstruction support and historical cost data during project approval phases
• Manage internal project budgets and schedules of values within project management software
• Oversee external project budgets, commitment management, and change management
• Manage monthly forecasts, cash flows, and executive reporting
• Oversee monthly vendor invoice review and quarterly accrual reporting
• Facilitate change order routing and review processes
• Monitor project financial health via dashboards and productivity reports
• Manage internal and contractor risk registers and contingency evaluations
• Perform financial closeout of internal budgets and vendor POs
• Line manage 3-5 staff overseeing multiple data center locations
• Ensure QAQC of all deliverables and adherence to timelines

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in construction management or engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in construction and project planning for large multi-project programs
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
• Experience with cost control tooling such as eBuilder or Procore
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
