Project Controls & EVMS Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and cost engineering analysis
• Review monthly EVMS reports and respond to data calls from program leadership
• Integrate change management and risk management processes
• Manage Funds Management analysis and reporting in accordance with FAR clauses
• Identify cost trends and provide innovative solutions for cost engineering and schedule guidance
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity for baseline change proposals
• Advise management on the status of work in progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3+ years of management responsibility
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 within a DOE environment
• Advanced skills in Acumen Fuse, Microsoft Excel (formulas and pivot tables), and Deltek Cobra
• Expertise in EVMS reporting and DOE Order 413.3B/EIA-748 standards
• Strong ability to lead tasks and mentor CAMs on scheduling concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience within the Department of Energy (DOE) community or other government settings
• Advanced skills with Deltek Cobra or comparable EVMS Cost Processing Systems
• Experience with General Ledger systems such as CostPoint or Cognos
