Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish processes, templates, and tools for cost and schedule baselines
• Identify trends and root causes of deviations using lead and lag indicators
• Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets
• Guide general contractors on schedule progress and cash flow parameters
• Act as key point of contact for client delivery and commercial issues
• Create cost reports and executive level dashboards
• Lead change management processes and workflows
• Coordinate planning sessions to compile master project schedules and critical paths
• Participate in project team risk evaluations using Monte Carlo simulations
• Hold vendors accountable for required schedule updates and reporting

Requirements

• Must be a SOLE UK National able to achieve UK MoD Security Clearance (SC)
• Proven experience in project controls coordination across all project lifecycle phases
• Ability to determine corrective actions based on data analysis
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
• Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
