Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting
• Review new project proposals and monitor realistic resource plans for programme delivery
• Identify resourcing requirements and liaise with planning functions to resolve issues
• Provide day-to-day service to Programme and Project Managers regarding reporting on plans, costs, safety, and performance
• Monitor data input by project teams to ensure compliance with required data standards
• Manage the production of the Investment Plan and comply with the Investment Competence Framework

Requirements

• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions
• Proven track record in an aviation or major international airport environment
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management
• Skilled in oral and written communication
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications
