About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish processes, templates, and tools for cost and schedule baselines
- Identify trends and root causes of deviations using lead and lag indicators
- Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets
- Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to compile master project schedules
- Manage change management processes and workflows
- Perform risk evaluations and incorporate impacts into Monte Carlo simulations
- Hold vendors accountable for schedule updates and reporting
- Create executive-level financial dashboards and cost reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in project controls coordination across the project lifecycle
- Specialist experience in life sciences or data centre sectors
- Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and MS Office
- Ability to determine corrective actions based on data analysis
- Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines
