Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes from subcontractors
• Analyze data to provide tactful methods of issue resolution
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Understand and comply with owner requirements for receipt and submission of information
• Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing
• Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes
• Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues
• Approach internal and external conflict with logic and maintain a calm, professional attitude

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a quantitative-related field
• Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
