About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from subcontractors
- Analyze data to provide tactful methods of issue resolution
- Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Understand and comply with owner requirements for receipt and submission of information
- Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing
- Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes
- Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues
- Approach internal and external conflict with logic and maintain a calm, professional attitude
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a quantitative-related field
- Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
