About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expertise in project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management.
  • Manage project cost and schedule throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • Lead cost and schedule estimates for various Gate reviews and participate in the preparation of Gate packages.
  • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of project cost and schedule control information.
  • Administer the project change control process and communicate the implications of changes.
  • Monitor and appraise contractor performance in cost control, progress measurement, and control.
  • Develop cost and schedule estimates to support opportunity assessments and project funding.
  • Mentor junior project controls engineers to ensure technical quality and timeliness of work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EPC or Project Management within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of project controls experience focused on cost control, estimating, planning, and schedule control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru and flexibility to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Brownfield oil and gas environment.
  • Experience with offshore projects.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6.
