About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute project scopes by coordinating multiple disciplines including safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Work with global business units to identify project requirements and coordinate Project Management System deliverables.
  • Participate in ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection processes.
  • Oversee engineering, execution planning, procurement, systems completion, and start-up phases.
  • Steward contractor performance and align key stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate the identification and resolution of project issues.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, sites, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS degree in an engineering field from a recognized university with a CGPA of 6.5 or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience executing capital projects.
  • Experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, construction, or fertilizer industry.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project screening, economic analysis, and concept selection.
  • Previous experience working for an Owner/Operator company.
  • Strong experience in Engineering Management.
  • Exposure to engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, or offshore installation.
