Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules
• Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules
• Perform progress schedule updates including comprehensive reporting and narratives
• Perform critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program
• Manage cost and resource reporting
• Identify and evaluate risk and impacts within project schedules
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or project management (or equivalent industry experience)
• Professional experience managing schedules using CPM software (MS Projects, P6, etc.)
• Ability to accurately interpret construction documents
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences
• Experience with projects over $50M
• Ability to travel to site construction locations within the region

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
• AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certifications
