Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules
• Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules
• Perform progress schedule updates including comprehensive reporting and narratives
• Perform critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program
• Manage cost and resource reporting
• Identify and evaluate risk and impacts within project schedules
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction
• 1+ years of experience in project controls for data centers
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or project management (or 5+ years of direct industry experience)
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
• Ability to interpret construction documents and knowledge of construction methods
• Experience with cost and resource management
• Familiarity with contractual clauses related to planning and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• AACEI PSP certification
• PMI-SP certification
