Project Controller/Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute project controls services to support project teams and clients
• Prepare clear and accurate reports on key project metrics
• Gather and interpret performance data regarding schedule, resources, and costs
• Work with Project Managers and technical leads to update forecasts within a structured process
• Help manage project deliverables in line with governance and timelines
• Support commercial managers in developing and administering sub-contracts
• Assist the project team in managing variations and changes to scope, cost, and schedule

Requirements

• Experience monitoring and controlling project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Project Management or a related field
• Experience with scheduling/planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Experience using PowerBI
