Project Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage project commercials and cost management, including budget preparation and resource profiling
• Monitor actual costs and hours against budget using earned value analysis
• Prepare agreements, change control notes, and invoices
• Follow up with internal clients regarding the approval of change control notes and invoices
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Support Project Managers with Business Management System activities and daily tasks
• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Power BI in collaboration with the digital team
• Ensure project data is stored correctly using standard templates and information protocols
• Proactively improve processes through automation and digital delivery practices

Requirements

• BE/BTech or B.Com/M.Com degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-7 years of experience in project control and commercial management
• Proven experience with infrastructure projects
• Experience working within the design consultancy sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
