Project Controller - Building Construction

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for cost control and management throughout the entire project duration
• Ensuring customer objectives are met through effective cost management
• Participating in feasibility studies and creating procurement reports
• Creating cost estimates, planning, and cost plans
• Assisting with tenders, including managing pre-selection and tender evaluation
• Taking effective action regarding cost deviations within the change control process
• Preparing monthly cost reports and presenting them to the client
• Performing value analyses
• Communicating with clients and other interfaces across all project phases

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project control for complex building construction projects
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in construction cost management
• Proficient use of MS Project
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Strong analytical and networked thinking skills
