Project Controller

Responsibilities

• Advise and support project managers in planning, management, and reporting of large construction projects
• Establish and further develop systems and routines for project management
• Provide budget input and develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Manage uncertainty and risk
• Perform reporting in accordance with project routines

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or project management
• Experience with planning, progress monitoring, cost control, and risk management in projects
• Relevant experience from a client organization or contractor
• Knowledge of public procurement and various contract/enterprise forms
• Proficiency in Norwegian (written and oral)
• Experience with tools such as Excel, MS Project, ISY PØ, Omega 365, Pims, or PowerBI

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of state project management and project models
