Project Control, Planning & Scheduling Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools
• Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and planning logic
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic weekly and monthly progress reports
• Identify potential delays and propose effective mitigation and recovery plans
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment
• Prepare and analyze critical path and productivity trends
• Support project controls activities including forecasting and risk analysis
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and management regarding planning matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience as a Project Control Planning & Scheduling Lead
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Advanced Excel skills
• Extensive experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling (WBS, CPM), and progress monitoring
• Proficiency in English
