Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls execution by establishing comprehensive control plans, procedures, and workflows
• Develop and implement structured frameworks for work breakdown, cost control, scheduling, and progress measurements
• Coordinate cost estimating processes and establish control account budgets
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations through monthly reporting to identify variances and mitigation options
• Manage and mentor the project control team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in project controlling within the oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes (module fabrication)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Proficiency in English
