Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of 4-6 Project Control resources
• Develop and manage project schedules, including activity definition, critical paths, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor and control project costs through estimating at completion, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage project documentation to ensure accuracy and availability
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks by developing mitigation plans
• Prepare project progress reports and present findings to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within EPC projects in the infrastructure sector
• Proficiency in project planning and control methodologies
• Technical knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP
• English language proficiency (B2 level or above)
• Willingness to travel abroad as required by project scope

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on Italian construction sites
