Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all project control functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and manage schedule updates using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, and cost-to-complete forecasts to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Provide integrated reporting on physical and financial progress through dashboards and executive summaries.
• Identify delays, risks, procurement bottlenecks, and cost overruns early with recommended mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, QS, engineering, and finance teams to align schedules and budgets.
• Review subcontractor proposals, schedule impacts, and cost data.
• Lead and guide project-level planning and control teams.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry.
• Strong background in large-scale residential projects, such as villa compounds or high-rise developments.
• Deep expertise in planning, scheduling (Primavera P6), cost control, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or an equivalent technical field.
• Proficiency in ERP/project control systems and advanced reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, delay analysis, and risk management.
• Experience working in the UAE or KSA is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCP (Certified Cost Professional).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
