Project Control Cost & Schedule Analyst

Responsibilities

• Setup Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for large and small projects
• Develop new EPC and non-EPCC project schedules in unification with Tier One Subcontractors
• Reconcile labour and non-labour at a Job level to ensure reporting accuracy
• Provide Project Managers with CPI and SPI metrics
• Manage weekly accruals and report monthly on projected gross margin
• Forecast project work for cost overruns and use earned value to calculate CPI
• Maintain Change Management in Oncore and JD Edwards systems
• Track and evaluate cost and schedule trends, variances, and forecasts
• Maintain ongoing project schedules by interfacing with Project Managers and Engineers
• Perform resource-levelling to ensure constant resource utilization

Requirements

• 8 years of project controls experience on EPC projects
• Experience with medium risk and complexity projects
• Experience in cost and schedule development and monitoring
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, JDE, and Excel
• Understanding of project management, engineering, and construction processes
• Ability to obtain OPG Security Clearance
